Jeff Culbertson – President and OwnerJeff is an experienced leader that brings more than 21 years of management success to the team. A former USAF maintenance superintendent, Jeff has led organizations of up to 1,500 personnel across 7 technical specialties to mission success. Jeff’s unwavering attention to detail ensures that each project is a success for our clients. |

Jeff Scanlon- Vice President
Jeff has over 15yrs of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience taught him to be self-motivated and pay close attention to detail. Jeff enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching the Blues play. He is married and has one son.

Mike Armstrong – Production ManagerMike recently made a change from being one of our certified Velux installers to Residential Salesman, and now Production Manager. He brings over 20 years of general contracting experience with him, specializing in various roofing applications. He has been with company since 2012. In his spare time he enjoys watching his son play high school sports and fishing. |

Jessica Rieker – Administrative AssistantJessie has been with the company since 2019 she works closely with all our teams at all four locations. Jessie has over 15 years of customer service and will do everything to make sure that your experience is one of a kind! When not at work Jessie enjoys time with her family, friends, and hanging out on her family farm riding four wheelers and BBQing. |

Cody Price- Residential Sales ManagerCody is our residential sales technician. He has worked with company since 2014. He brings quite a bit of experience to our team. He was previously an installer for our company. |

Chad Cournaya – Lead InstallerChad is the Lead Installer for Windy City Skylights and has been employed with the company since 2008. As a trained and certified Velux installer, Chad prides himself with producing top quality work and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. When away from work, he enjoys playing and watching all sports. |
